Yang lepas: nafas di hambur bayu
kekadang mengupas sesal, sembilu
berhantu di hati

Sekarang: pepasir jerlus di genggam rapi
di sangkar jemari tapi
semakin susut mencurah pergi

Yang mendatang: gelisah tak pasti
gundah menanti
risau terikat di hati

waiting, for dusk to greet and stay
while tired light ebbing away
and darkness, creeps in, to whisk away
the colours of the day

Senja menyapa ..

di tua hari .. menanti
senja menyapa
dan sinar
makin hilang segar
menunggu pudar

Melonkalia ...

kekadang datang bayang
wajah yang lama menghilang
menyapa di tabir jendela
mengusik di pintu lupa
membisik melonkalia
mencuit nostalgia

Ribut di pintu ..

tenang malam di ganggu
ribut berhimpun di pintu
bersorak desir menghasut
badai menghambat pantai
deras hujan menerjah marah
seolah dendam
yang di pendam
merekah sudah

A morning observation ..

This morning ..

Parade of dark clouds crawls silently crossing westward over the restless cold grey sea. Yonder, streaks of sunlight are trying to break through a shroud of milky mists over the white cliffs of Purbeck Coast. Closed by a kite surfer skilfully scheme the churning water. Once in a while he does a jump over the white caps of the rolling waves, keenly observed by a flock of seagulls floating majestically against the blustery chilly wintry wind.
